Are you passionate about supporting young people and giving back to your community? We're looking for enthusiastic, community-minded individuals to join the South Holland Scout District Trustee Board as District Trustees.


As a Trustee, you'll help shape the future of Scouting across Spalding, Holbeach, Moulton, Long Sutton and surrounding villages – supporting over 300 young people and adult volunteers to gain skills for life.


๐Ÿ’ผ What’s Involved?

  • Attending 4–6 trustee meetings per year
  • Ensuring good governance, financial oversight, and safeguarding standards
  • Supporting strategic decisions and helping our volunteers deliver amazing programmes
  • Bringing your perspective, experience, and energy to the team – no Scouting background needed!


๐Ÿ™Œ We’re Looking For People Who Are:

  • Team players with good judgement
  • Committed to inclusion and youth development
  • Willing to learn and contribute ideas
  • 18+ (no upper age limit!)


๐Ÿ’ก Skills in finance, legal, HR, property, fundraising, or governance are especially welcome, but anyone with enthusiasm and reliability can apply.


Scouting is a charity – trustees are volunteers. Training and support are provided.
